Working Ground
Much of today was spent preparing fields to plant. Tomorrow we are planning to plant onions in the morning, and in the afternoon (if the weather holds) we will be planting Kolh-rabi, broccoli, collards, and cauliflower. We probably will not get all this done before the rain, however we will try. Also we will be planting lettuce, spinach, mizuna, and radishes. The farmstand was open today and we had a good turnout. Pray for the rain to start on Thursday, so we can get crops in the ground.
